Hi,
Thanks for taking some time to drop in on my blog
I was born in England and raised in the city of Andover, Hampshire. I moved to Canada in 1997 after meeting my wife Tamar in a theology college
in the South of England. I really enjoy living in Canada, there is so much to do here. Summers are really hot and winters are really cold
So I really try to make the best of the summers by having lots of barbeques, friends over and some good camping trips.
I live about 5 minutes drive from Lake Ontario. I have 2 gorgeous girls
Life is never boring..When im not sitting in front of my computer I’m usually spending time with my kids.. they love to wrestle!
Spending time with my wife, practising guitar.. learning blues licks and such.. or helping out within my local church playing my
Gibson Les Paul.. this is my beauty!

Im a massive movie buff.. and love to keep up with all the latest movies coming out.. ( I always wanted to be a critique for movies
like good ol siskel )
Before I got into Internet Marketing in 2001 and fulltime in 2003 I did a ton of jobs.. here’s a few..
Retail
Auto sales
factory worker
Dell tech support
Hp Tech Support
Landscaping
Fire Systems
IBM
you name it.. at some point in time I have likely done it.
In 2001 I started doing business online part time..doing Dropshipping on Ebay.. whilst this was quite profitable I found it had a lot of downsides to it. After reading a book called ” Beyond Ebay ” I was introduced to the term ” affiliate marketing”
At that time I was still working in a call center doing technical support for Dell so I used to surf the net in between phone calls and read as much information as I could find on Affiliate and Internet Marketing. I was living in a rented apartment and driving a car that was barely being held together.. it really was a piece of crap.lol but it got me from A to B
By 2003 I was thankfully earning enough online through affiliate marketing to launch out into full time, without a doubt this was one of the scariest times of my life. It’s very strange though now that I look back on it.. as for some reason we think by working for someone else their is more security.. but their isn’t, you could be laid off tommorow, fired tommorow or the business your working for could go belly up.
By 2003 I was pulling in more in one month than I made in a year working outside of the home.. something which to this day
I can barely get my head around.
I know for those still trying to pull in enough to go full time.. it might be a bit hard to get your head around too that anyone can make more money in 1 month than they can in a year.. but trust me.. its very possible when you are serious and you approach it as a business and you don’t throw all your eggs in one basket.
My first check online was for $33 I remember it coming in and telling me wife.. ” There we go darling… told you I could do it ” lol… she wasn’t as excited as I was.
I told her ” If I can make $33, I will make $300″, once I reached that I just kept setting higher goals and before long she soon got excited.
In January 2005 my wife left her nursing Job to be a stay at home mum and to help out with the business.
Im extremely thankful to God for blessing us with a way to be with our kids and watch them growing up. We now have our own house, safe brand new car and pretty much what we used to wish we had. I’m not into buying the best of the best and having all the toys.. as i think their are alot more important things in life.. but certainly rewarding yourself for the hard work you have put i think is worth it. You can’t just have all work and no play
There definately is lots of ways to make money online..but without a doubt creating a lifestyle is what is more important.
Being my own boss meant no boss over my back.. telling me to get a move on which was and is nice but that meant it was quite easy to find yourself surfing around and getting nothing done.. or spending too much time working.
Balancing family and business was something I have had to learn very quickly otherwise its very easy to end up neglecting one of them. When all is said and done at the end of this life.. we won’t be saying.. I wish I worked more so Family is really important to me.
After sitting down with a lot of friends who have asked me about what I was doing for a living I decided to cover the bulk of it in a Newsletter which you can sign up if you haven’t yet over at the main page or the bottom of the blog. The newsletter intitially is a 9 day formula for anyone wanting to know how to get going building a business online, after this it turns into a bi-weekly newsletter full of tips, techniques that I am using or developing in my own day to day business.
I have had the chance to use a lot of tools online and most of them were recommened to me.. and out of the many only a handful really are of any use. Clearing a way through the overload of information and recommendations of software by people who don’t even use them in their business is something that everyone faces.
I hope I will be able to save you a lot of time and hassle by letting you know what is good and what really is a bunch of crap and a waste of time.
All that matters online is building good relationships and results.. everything else is fluff..
Though Affiliate Marketing makes up a large portion of my income. I have over the past year moved into developing my own software and information products which have helped me raise my income even higher. Definately not having all your eggs in one basket is important. Having multiple streams of income really helps!
I hope to get to know you all more, for those of you who sign up for the newsletter, I hope you are encouraged by the information and able to take it and use it to become successful in your business. If I can help you in anway please feel free to contact me
Peace and much Success
