How To Increase Your Productivity Three Fold!
Anyone who runs a blog online for business purposes knows the amount of time that is involved in writing and posting to your blog frequently.
Anyone who is making money from blogging, usually aren’t just running 1 blog, most are managing more which brings up a lot of questions and challenges that I want to address here
As their is a solution!
Take blog networks for instance like
These guys are running anywhere from 5 to 20+ blogs, and posting to each blog around 3 to 5+ posts in a 24hr window and making good money with their online blogs, So how the heck do they do it?
Well lets start by saying they didn’t just evolve into a Blog Network running 20 blogs overnight.
They manage to stay on top of posting daily and posting 4 or 5 times a day by paying people to blog for them

Have to manage lots of blogs daily which means paying someone
Basically in a nutshell unless you pay someone, you cannot EFFECTIVELY grow your blogging business into a network very soon. Sure some people have tried it. They have installed 20 blogs in one day and then tried posting to each of those blogs every day 3 or more times a day but they usually end up running out of steam and their blogs join the blog ghost town… ..
This is one of the biggest reasons many bloggers don’t run more than 1 blog because they have difficulty managing everything that is involved in
- Time Spent in Research on Topics to Talk about
- Posting Daily
- Posting at least 3 or more times a day ( See how often the successful non internet marketing blogs post )

Well, I don’t want to run a Blog Network!
Ok, so maybe you aren’t interested in managing a blog network of 10+ blogs and you only have 1 blog and you want to increase your Productivity.

Article Importer Wizard is a Plugin that I created that would help me with me my blogging activities and would do all of the above.. you see before I had this created, I would use my blog editor Post2Blog - a desktop blogging client for Windows, and I would write a post, set a date and time and hit post then I would have to do the same for the next one and the next one. basically every single article.. sure it was doable but it was slow and not productive..
See… I would get 50 articles given to me from my article writers and I would have to go through the task of copying and pasting each one into my blog editor and queuing them, which really was a slow process and so I wanted to speed things up.
So I created Article Importer Wizard which would reduce the whole process down into 3 steps
1. Import all articles in one click
2. Set Date and Time Range ( random or set )
3. Email me when I need more
So what does it do?
In a nutshell it will increase your productivity by allowing you to import into your wordpress blog and post articles ( with or without images ) you have written or had someone else write for your wordpress blog either in txt or html format. It will then allow you to set a date range and a posting range and decide if you want it to post on a set date and time or on a random date and time frequency. Now the really cool thing is, if you upload a lot of posts in one go and queue them up, you can input your email and chosen post number and it will email you to notify you to top up your blog with new posts based on the number you set. So for example : If you upload 20 posts and you want it to email you when you have 5 posts left, it will do that. This way you will always keep your blog current with content.
What are the Benefits?
- Increased Productivity - You can import and queue up your posts at the end or start of the week and it will handle all the posting for you allowing you to focus your time and attention on other projects
- Import posts in one go - Currently if you want to write 5 articles for your blog, 1 article per post and you want to queue them up to post tomorrow, next week, next month etc, you have to individually do it in wordpress or your blog editor for each post. Well with article importer wizard you dont. You can just browse to your articles on your hardrive and select them all in one go and his import and boom its done!
- You dont have to pay someone to blog for you
- You can manage multiple blogs
