It only gets more ridiculous

So today I get a email from affiliate manager to say.. please take down your links for company X they have decided that because you live in canada, you cannot promote them LOL

If I market to the USA only.. why should it effect where I live.. Do you really think.. people get to your site and say.. um.. before i click this link let me find out if this person is living in canada.
